Ipomoea batatas - Another rare sweet potato, this one has a skin colour that can range from dark purple to burgundy depending on growing conditions and creamy white/ pale yellow flesh, that is different texture to other sweet potatoes. Murasaki can be cooked in a large variety of ways. Although called Japanese Murasaki potato, it was developed in Loisiana. Price is for 1 growing plant.
