Allium fistulosum ‘Red Stem’ - An old variety of perennial bunching onion. Welsh Red has red stalks and green leaves. A hardy variety that will self multiply to form a clump. They look great in both the kitchen garden and on the plate. Tasty onions, consumed both raw and cooked.
