Chenopodium bonus-henricus - A perennial vegetable once common, but now very rare. Young leaves, young flowering shoots, young flower buds and seed are all edible. Good King Henry has a long-recorded history of being grown as a perennial vegetable. Produceswell over a long period as a cut and come again vegetable. Also has traditional medicinal uses.
