Monarda fistulosa - Herbaceous clump forming perennial. 1 metre height. Full sun to part shade. Flowers pale lavender. Flowers attract bees, birds and butterflies. It is a good pollinator plant, it provides a lot of nectar. A tea can be made from the leaves and the flowers. Prefers a rich well drained soil. Water well in hot weather.  Native to North America and used as a medicinal plant by the Native Americans. Fragrant leaves. They need good air circulation around the plant to prevent mildew.  A really attractive plant.
